The Human Resources Department caters for the welfare of staff in all Institute departments on behalf of the administration.

The central role of the department is to maximize the productivity of the institute by optimizing the effectiveness of employees/staff through the provision of the following services;

  • Managing employee relation matters
  • Performance management
  • Workplace safety and welfare
  • Discipline management
  • Overseeing the maintenance and updating of staff records
  • Implementation of HR policies
  • Training and development of staff capacity
  • Implementation and administration of all HR systems
  • Recruitment and selection of new staff
  • Coordination of workers’ welfare issues

The human resource department works together with the relevant departments to create policies; the policy documents contain important information concerning staff employment at Ramogi Institute Advanced Technology.

We encourage all staff to familiarize themselves with college policies and other aspects of employment. The public should experience professional and personal growth as members of the Ramogi Institute of Advanced Technology fraternity.

The Human Resource department attracts and retains the best quality staff and supports professional and personal growth while offering administrative support to students’ learning experience. The Human Resource department ensures there are linkages of the Institute trainees with other training industries as far as placement and attachment issues are concerned.

The department also ensures that Ramogi Institute of Advanced Technology’s mission and vision are explained and understood by interested parties and stakeholders.
