Message from the Deputy Principal (Academics)

Welcome to Ramogi Institute of Advanced Technology (RIAT), a premier institution committed to excellence in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

As the Deputy Principal in charge of Academics, I am honored to be part of a dedicated team that strives to provide quality, relevant, and industry-responsive training to our learners. At RIAT, we recognize that education is the foundation of personal growth, national development, and global competitiveness. Our academic programmes are therefore designed to equip trainees with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and competencies required to succeed in today's dynamic world of work.

The Institute has embraced the Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) approach, ensuring that our graduates possess practical skills that meet industry standards and labor market demands. We are also actively promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, research, and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) as key pillars of our academic transformation agenda.

Our commitment to quality is reflected in the continuous improvement of our academic processes, adherence to quality management systems, and collaboration with industry partners, professional bodies, and examination agencies.
